Calendar and Contacts in Groupware sync with your Iphone in the default menu.

How to use - Select folder to sync Select folder to sync with iPhone [Calendar, Contacts > Mobile Sync] My Calendar and My Contacts are sync basically without selecting. Upload and download of picture in Contacts is possible.

How to use - Add account 1. Open the Settings application on your iPhone's home screen. Open Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Press Add Account. 2. Select "Other" and use CalDAV for Contacts and CalDAV for Calendar. 3. Enter your account information and it will be added.     (You can import webmail by POP3)

How to use - Calendar 1. Groupware Calendar sync with your iPhone's Calendar. 2. And Groupware Calendar will be displayed in your iPhone's Calendar.

How to use - Contacts 1. Groupware Contacts sync with your iPhone's Contacts. 2. And Groupware Contacts will be displayed in your iPhone's Contacts.

Calendar and Contacts Sync with Android

This is not direct sync with Android as like iPhone. We support that through the Google account. To use your Android phone you must have your Google account and we can use it. We can support direct sync with Android if Android support the CalDav/CardCav protocol later on.

How to use - Select folder to sync Select folder to sync with your mobile phone [Calendar, Contacts > Mobile Sync] Calendar(Company, department and My Calendar), Contacts (My Company, Manage Contacts, My Contacts) sync with your mobile phone. ( Picture of My Company can be sync) ※ If you don't want to sync anymore, delete the folders in [Mobile sync < Calendar, Contacts]      and you might delete it in Google's also.

How to use - Accounts and sync ※ it takes long time if there are a lot of data will be sync at the first time. . 1.  Click the [Settings > Accounts and sync] and check the Google account sync. 2. Click the [Setting > Mobile sync] in Groupware approvaland check the Contacts Sync and Calendar Sync. ※ Enter your Google ID and Password to Android phone, the Google Contacts and Calendar will be sync with Groupware.     (Sync cycle can be 5min to 24 hours.)

You can see the schedule of Android and Groupware.     You can choose what you want to see in [Settings > Calendars].   ※ Sync with Company and department calendar.     If you add/modify/delete of schedule in mobile, the schedule will be sync with Google only not in the Groupware.     When you Re-sync of your calendar, your mobile and Google will be affected by Groupware calendar again.     That means add/modify/delete of calendar for Company & department from mobile to web is impossible but from web to mobile is ok. ※ Sync with My calendar       If you add/modify/delete of schedule in mobile, the schedule will be sync with Google and Groupware. ※ When you sync mobile with Google account, it will be sync 15 days off and on from sync date.

How to use - Contacts 1. Contacts of Android, Google, and Groupware are sync. 2. When you add new contact it should add in the folder selected in [Mobile sync < Contact < Groupware]. 3. You can see the Contacts of Android and Groupware.     You can choose what you want to see in [Menu < More < Display options]       ※ Sync with Company and Public Contacts.      If you add/modify/delete of contact in mobile, it will be sync with Google only not in the Groupware.      When you Re-sync of your contact, your mobile and Google will be affected by Groupware calendar again.      That means add/modify/delete of contact for Company & Public from mobile to web is impossible but from web to mobile is ok. ※ Sync with My Contacts       If you add/modify/delete of contact in mobile, it will be sync with Google and Groupware. ※ When you want to delete contact, it should be deleted in the Groupware.      If you delete the contacts in mobile or Google, it can be displayed doubly when you try to re-sync.
