1.Type the search word 'global groupware' in the App Store of your mobile.

2. Tap the installed icon and enter your domain, ID and Password to add account.

3. You can enter your company Groupware.

4. Set your groupware alert in [Settings > Notifications Global Groupware]

5. You can set groupware alert by menus in [Menus below > Notification].

It is possible to time set for email notifications by time and date.

6. Shake your mobile and fixed menu is displayed. Set in [Bottom menu > Setting Motion sensor]

7. Tap the [Logout] button to stop program service and restart by running the App

※Tap the [Bottom menu > PC Screen] and move to PC screen.

※ You can set auto login for groupware in [Settings > Global Groupware]

(Click the link belows and install Groupware in your PC.

2. Tap the installed icon and enter your domain, ID and Password to add account.

3. Pop up when your documents are arriving by checking the ‘Notifications popup’ in Settings > Menu. Without checking the ‘Notification popup’ there is no pop up but Notification sound only. (Mail, Tasks, Approval, Boards, ToDo, Circular, Whisper etc.,)

4. Notification for each menu in [Groupware bottom menu > setting > Notification settings]

Mail : Receive the mail for you.
Circular : Receive the circular for you.
ToDo : When you are designated as worker or CC.
Approval : When you have to approve the document.
Tasks : When you are designated as reader.
Whisper : Receive the whisper for you.
Board : When the new article is arriving in the Company Board.

- Email detail settings : Set the allowable email address. ( Off notification for the Spam )

- Time settings : Set the time and date when you want to receive the notifications.

5. You can go to specific menu directly by shaking your iPAD in [Setting > Motion Sensor].

6. The notification will not be sent when you logout the Groupware but you can get a notification when you re login.

※ You can move to PC screen in [Menu > PC screen].

※ Tap the [Menu > Settings] and Auto Login, Notification, Version or Saved file Path.

Classify	Explain
My Folder	You can share by giving permission to other user and manage by self.
CloudFolder	You can have a real-time auto synchronize with selected folder of My computer.
Company Folder	Only postmaster can create a folder and share to other user.
Shared Folder	You can check in the related folder when user share files with other Group user.
Trash	You can delete permanently or restore of deleted file.

5. Upload

Step1. You can upload a image, video or other document by tap the upload button.

Step2. You can upload files by select the files.

Step3. You can upload by take a photo or saved siles.

6. Download

Step1. When you select a file in folder, it will be downloaded in your mobile. If you want to download of files one time, select download in View more button.

Step2. You can download some of files by checking.

Step3. You can preview the related file after downloading.

7. View updates

You can check details of files(What or when someone did actions for files).

- You can move to other menu by sliding menu.

4. When you receive a new message or document, the notification will be sent by alarm setting in [Setting > notification > GroupwareHD] of ipad.

5. You can set notification by each menu in [Setting > Notification] of Groupware App

You can set mail notification to received from specific mail address.(Possible to set for opposite way)

You can set time/date of notification in [setting > Time setting].

6. You can go to specific menu directly by shaking your ipad in [Setting > Motion Sensor].

7. The notification will not be sent when you logout the Groupware but you can get a notification when you re login.

8. You can move to PC screen in [Menu > PC screen]

9. You can activate or deactivate of auto login in [Setting > Groupware HD] of ipad.

3. Tap the user to talk.

4. Tap the [invite] button to invite other users to group talk.

5. Tap the [Setting] and set the nick name and current status.

6. You can search the message history in [View massage history].

7. Tap the [Logout] button to stop the program service and re-start by running the App

Updates	You can check the updated content of related file or folder through Updates.
All in Cloud	It shows the location of Cloud server.
On My Mobile	The file will be saved which is downloaded in Cloud Server.
My Folder	You can share by giving permission to other user and manage by self.
CloudFolder	You can have a real-time auto synchronize with selected folder of My computer.
Company Folder	Only postmaster can create a folder and share to other user.
Shared Folder	You can check in the related folder when user share files with other Group user.
Favorites	It shows the file or folder which marks Favorites(Star Icon).
Guest Folder	You can check the folder that you shared to external user.
Trash	You can delete permanently or restore of deleted file.
Setting	You can set up the log-out and auto log-in.
Hide menu	You can hide category & menu when you tap the button.
Search	Search the saved contents to be entered keywords.

4.Upload

Step1. Tap [Manage] and tap [Upload] button.

Step2. Tap [Manage file] and tap [Upload] button.

Step3. You can upload images from gallery.

Step4. Set your self-captured image to change the size by zoom fucntion.

5. Download

Step1. Tap a file in [All in Cloud].

Step2. The file will download when you select a file and view the contents or full screen mode in my mobile. You can move to next page by sliding functions after full screen zoom of PDF, DOC files.

6. Other functions

[Other functions]

You can view the history and make memo of file or folder.

[Favorite/Rename]

You can rename or add favorites of file/folder in [Manage].

[Move/Copy/Delete]

You can move, copy or delete of file/folder in [Manage].
